“I had a backstage pass with Lottie Cooper which was great. When she was clearing self-doubt and fear about the completion of a project I am working on I felt like rain was flowing through my crown down my head with intense energy.

I want to take a few minutes to tell you my experience with Lottie Cooper.

First, about why I connected with her for her services. I am a mother of a special needs adult son who has had a lifetime of medical intervention. I have a younger son that I have carried a lot of guilt for around my not being able to be present because of his brothers needs.

I grew up in an alcoholic dysfunctional home and carried many burdens and faulty beliefs about myself for decades. I am seven years into recovery from Alcohol Addiction.

My life experience was riddled with feelings of unworthiness, guilt, shame, fear, worry, resentment and feelings of not being enough or emotionally safe.

I have used Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) for a number of years and have found great success with it. Lottie took IFS to a whole new level and I quickly recognized the benefit of working with her after our first session. It is like doing 3 years of IFS work in 30 minutes.

So far, I have had four sessions with Lottie.

Since those four sessions I have been able to set clear concise boundaries without feeling guilty. The people who cause me the most heartache and emotional turmoil are now kept at bay out of love and protection for my well being. My relationship with my mom and my sister continue to improve. I am more trusting of myself to make friends and maintain friendships that nourish my soul.

I am setting goals and working toward fulfilling them. Where I was afraid before or didn't believe in myself, today, I am writing, sketching, getting into photography and have signed up for my Level One Certification of Reiki. I am building a meaningful and rich and deserving life for myself.

None of this was happening with any sort of ease or enjoyment before I met with Lottie the first time.

Overall, I feel more solid (integrated), I feel more whole. When I do experience a triggered pocket of shame I am able to work through it with love and reassurance from my Self toward the precious younger part of me that is carrying the burden of shame.

And with each session these precious younger parts of me experience healing.

I experience gratitude every day, all day. I carry love and compassionate curiosity for others instead of fear or worry. The toxic energetic ties I had with my parents, my kids, others in my life have been removed. Those parts of my soul that were intertwined with others have been returned to me and the fragments of other souls within me have been returned to their rightful owners.

I step differently today because of my work with Lottie. I embrace and love who and what I am. I am hopeful about my future and fully understand that I create my reality. Lottie has shown me the truth of who I am, the truth of the unseen that is always supporting and loving me, she has helped me appreciate the uniqueness of who I am and a that I have so much purpose. Not only do I have the willingness to carry out my hearts desires I now see that it's possible. I feel so supported by Lottie.
